(walmart makes the same kind by parents choice 1/2 price) why is your medicaid taking so long? this has been goin on for some time!!! regardless, take your baby to the ER. they wont make you pay up front. and if your medicaid gets sorted out within the next 90 days, they will pay for that bill. i dont know what GERD is, but if the baby is spittin up, enfamil AR may help…. There are some other tricks to try. I was reading up on this and it says that babies usually out grow it, so that is a good thing to hear. I don't think it would hurt to try enfamil AR but make sure that you take him to the doctor as soon as you can. Im from Canada and I just find it crazy that you cant just walk into a doctors office or hospital at any time and that you have to pay for it. That is crazy. I have never paid to get anything done at the doctors or hospital. You will have to go to the ER and wait and be prepared to wait for quite awhile. You can also try calling a county run Health Department Clinic if available in your area. You might be able to get in there. If he is teething, try some Anbesol or other numbing gel on his teeth before you give him the bottle. It might really help.
