i’m 16 i just randomly get a short pain under my left side but it goes away. it’s hard to believe it would be heat attack symptoms becuase i’m only 16, i don’t smoke or drink and i excercise. so do u think it could just be heartburn?

seems like i’m getting these more noticeable a week or so prior to my period. it’s killing me – it’s so burning in my chest and up my esophagus – i tried the foam barrier tablets and try to eat right…i hate the feeling, and it’s constantly there!

So, I get heartburn not very badly, but a bit more frequently. I have been staying away from Spicy stuff, potatoes, and the like, but I still get a bit of heartburn every now and then. I am going to talk to my doctor about it, but in the meantime are there any remedies one might recommend? Thanks your answers are much appreciated.

I’ve had acid reflux/heartburn before, but not like I have it now. My friend told me the spicy seasoning in the food is probably the reason why I have heartburn. I still have lots of food leftover from Thanksgiving. Should I throw it away?

I have taken omeprazole for far too long. My dr did not tell me to limit it to 14 days every 4 months. Now I’m worried. Any permanent damage and how can I treat this thru diet or any alternative medicines?

I’m 24 female and frequently get heartburn after eating homemade turkey sandwiches for lunch. Nothing crazy turkey, wheat bread, mayo. Most sites online say that is one of the best meals to eat to NOT get heartburn. Any explanation?
