I took a capsule form of zoloft, I didn’t eat it with food and got MAJOR heartburn is it because I didn’t eat it with food what can I use to prevet this and how do I get rid of heartbuirn it hurt sooo much!

I have killer heartburn
My dad has acid reflux and its possible i may have it too.
I don’t have any heartburn tablets or liquid with me, and i don’t have any cash.
I also don’t have anything ginger in >.<

I have this weird gurgling and rumbling in my tummy, is that integestion? Also, what does it feel like?

And i like nuts like hazelnut, walnuts, almonds a lot.

please could someone tell me why I would be haveing severe heartburn and acid reflux every day especially in the morning early hours it wakes me up and its so bad I feel sick and it makes me feel like my body is drained.
I have been to my docters a little while back and had tests but they were ok.
I am in good health otherwise I have medicals all the time because of my job im living on gaviscon at the mo
any ideas.!!!!

I talked to a nutrition freak of mind and she suggested maybe going on a vegetarian lifestyle for a while.

I am going to drop fast food/soda also.

is there any diet/lifestyle food plan I can go by or anybody recommends

I haven’t had an endoscopy done in ten years and I haven’t taken any medicine for my acid reflux disease in ten years. Should I even bother going back to a doctor for it? And why?

I’m only 16 years on but I get frequent heartburn. I can usually get it from drinking things like pop or cool-aid or by eating things like pizza or cheeseburgers. What should I do? Is there anyway to stop or prevent the heartburn?

It hearts i can’t sleep because of the pain.
