Can I take Cod Liver Oil if I have GERD? Will it contribute to, or increase my stomach acidity?
Thanks!

I have feelings of lumps in my throat & chest. I also constantly have a bad taste in my mouth & bad breath. Feelings of extra or rapid heartbeats, sometimes dizzy, weakness in my arms and /or legs, having to catch my breath & other discomfort.

I’ve taken almost every kind of heartburn medication there is.. and it DOES get rid of the burning feeling, but food still goes up my throat and out my mouth, and it’s disgusting.. anyone else have this?

What causes heartburn?
And, how come some people get it but others do not? Even kids/teens get it, right? Not just adults.

Or foods that do not aggravate it?

I am getting horrible heartburn to the point that I must stay upright while sleeping and I feel like EVERYTHING I eat I get heartburn–I must admit, I have been abit of a junk food addict lately but I have since changed my ways–I have sworn off any sugary food (except for friday’s) anyways does anyone have any suggegstions or a link to a list of foods that will not contribute to my heartburn problems?
Thanks so much!

I have terrible heartburn and with my last pregnancy, I took lots of Tums which my doc said was ok, but I was wondering what natural remedies work just as good. Thanks!
Oh-it’s not just spicy foods I have to avoid-I get heartburn from even drinking water!! It’s everything that causes it~
