about a month ago, I went in to the doctor because i had shortness of breath for 2 weeks before that. Now after a month of various tests and treatments (asthma rescue inhaler, controller medicines, allergy medinces, steroid inhaler, and anxiety meds), i still have a hard time getting a deep breath.

im going back on Friday and so i was doing some pre-appointment researching. could my difficulty breathing and tightness in the chest be GERD?

I am a constant overeater and on top of that, tend to eat spicy foods. so eating to the point of feeling sick and then regugitating some of it is not uncommon (yeah i know gross).

aftering taking pepto, i felt a little better. not GREAT but slightly. what do you think?

my daughter has severe GERD (gastro-esophogeal disease in toddlers) she’s 26 months old and only says 3-5 words if that. it went undiagnosed for months. but now is under control.

My heartburn recently came back. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night throwing up some stomach acid. What should I cut out of my diet to solve this problem? I know you don’t need medicine, because my heartburn has gone away before.
Instead of saying what should I cut out, maybe I should say "What should I avoid?"

Last year i had about 10 planter warts on my feet…i went to the doctor and the nurse new of a heartburn medication that was rumored to heal warts…i took it and after a month, the warts were gone…my mother has planters warts now and i dont remember the medication that i took to remove mine…neither does our local doctor…it was a green medicine that had a vanilla flavoring and was an oval shape, i dont know if that was a standard taste or what… just figured id put everything about it i remember…thanks

I was diagnosed with GERDS and was wondering if anyone knew the good and bad food to eat so I don’t get those awful pains and uncomforts anymore.

I am also taking Bayer Heart Advantage pills with cholesterol lowering phytosterols. What ever those are. but they are supposed to help lower your cholesterol. My triglycerides are high. But i take them with supper like it says and 2 hours later I get the worst heartburn in the world and end up having to take zantac because it feels like the acid is coming up in to my throat and my chest is on fire. Does anyone else that takes fish oil pills have this problem?
