for the past week or so I’ve been getting really bad heart burn, at night before I go to sleep mostly.
I haven’t changed my diet at all (except for an easter egg). I also don’t eat a lot in one sitting, I prefer to eat little and often throughout the day so it’s not like I’ve been eating huge meals that might cause it.
It happens fairly regularly, sometimes it’s just the burning and sometimes I can actually feel bile in the back of my throat. Could stress cause it (I have exams soon) or even something like bad posture as I spend a lot of time working and studying.

I’m 15 weeks pregnant (first one) and it seems like I’ll go a few days with no problems at all and then all of a sudden I’ll have an entire day with constant heartburn, like 24 hours straight. I’ve been eating pretty much the same things day in and day out, so I don’t think it’s anything I’m eating. I’ve heard it can just be the pressure the baby puts on your other organs. Anyway, I’m looking for some good natural home remedies that are safe for the baby and that actually work! Thanks for your help!
I tried tums (doc recommended) but they didn’t even touch it! I hope this doesn’t last the entire time lol! Thanks all for your great suggestions!

My husband gets severe heart burn at night. He eats a tiny bit all day long and then comes home, has 4 beers and a large meal. This is his routine. However, every other night his heart burn is so absurd, that he cant function and nearly throws up. Is it the beer? Its hard to change this routine because of his job, but maybe if he eliminates half of the beer? Hopefully, I can get some answers on here…thanks anyone who can help me.

I am 2 months pregnant and I haven’t experienced heartburn…. Does every woman go through that stage of heartburn? If so, when?

The person in question is 18 years old, female, constantly busy and stressed between her university course and job. Her diet is quite good and she exercises regularly.

I had a stomach virus over the weekend. I vomited a number of times and had diarrhea. Now after everything I eat I get heart burn. They say to eat what you normally eat after wards, but I seem to be getting heard burn or sick still after some foods. How much longer is this going to last?
