For years i have got terrible heartburn after drinking a mug of any instant coffee, two weeks ago i bought some decent fresh ground coffee to percolate in a plunger jug, not only doe’s it taste beautiful but i do not get any heartburn, also i do not get that caffeine rush to the brain, i also find i have slept much better. Any suggestions why.

I am a bit nauseous from my gallstones right now, and I realized that sometimes I feel better from walking, but keep in mind, I also have acid reflux (GERD) and maybe walking helped that and not my gallbladder attack.
Do any of you who have had gallstones in the past think that walking helps relieve the nausea, or should I try to sit still?
Is there anything else that may help relieve the symptoms?
Thanks.
Btw, I’m having my gallbladder surgically removed in a few weeks

We have a newborn at home and by definition have been getting little sleep. Last night I had some stomach discomfort. During the night I felt like I had an occasional, very short lived feeling of heartburn in the center of my chest. It seems to coincide with a breath or movement. I happens every few minutes and has continued into today. Any thoughts?

I have been getting really bad heartburn from the pregnancy and its making me very uncomfortable. I was curious about the safeness of taking tums while being pregnant or if anyone knows any fast acting and safe natural treatment for heartburn (not to prevent it because I’ve already changed my diet, eat 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 larger meals, take smaller drinks of what ever I’m drinking and everything else anyone has told me will prevent it so I just need to know how to get rid of it)

I took an antacid, but my heartburn is still awful, it feels like the burning is creeping up my throat too!
It’s like the antacid did nothing. Anybody else have that problem?
