I’ve been dealing with what feels like heart attack symptoms for 6 years now. I’m a 30 year old female, and after having a holter test and echo and many ekgs about 5 years ago..Drs. decided I had gerd and anxiety. So off and on I have symptems like chest heaviness and dizziness, but nothing major. The last couple days I’ve been struggling with those same symptoms, but also strange burning pains in my shoulder and arm as well as feeling like a belt was being tightened right around my chest after walking up stairs. I am freaking out, but family all thinks it’s anxiety since I have a long history with it. I can’t go to the doctor now as we can’t afford it, and my last episodes nearly bankrupted our family. I think they would be better off with me dead, then being on the street because our hospital will take everything you have if you don’t pay. They have a strong reputation for that. The only comfort I have right now, is if I take my xanax, all the symptoms go away. If one was having a heart attack, would xanax be of any relief, or does it only help with anxiety? Thanks for any help

Orange juice and soda gives me heartburn.
I was wondering if this acid content of this juice would be low?

I cant take the Antacids due to the other Medication I am taking. The can have a bad reaction and I just cant risk it. I am 29 weeks and Baby is pushing up on my stomach causing me to have horrible heartburn. I am on Very Strict Bedrest so I cant sit up for long periods of time or get up and walk around.
I cant sleep and hope that there is something I can Eat or Drink to help?
Please Help!

When was the last time a pharmaceutical created a cure for something?
You always hear about new drugs coming out for keeping this low, keeping this high, maintaining this and that, Puts you to sleep for 8 hours, puts you to sleep for 9 hours. Protects from heartburn in just 2 hours, protects from heartburn in just 1 hour.
Take this drug for the rest of your life to remove pain, take this drug for the rest of your life to live.
Im asking because I dont know. So when was the last time that they made a cure for something?

I can’t find these listed as symptoms anywhere, but I suspect lactose intolerance in my son. Thanks for your help!
I’m sorry. Maybe instead of heartburn, I should have said Acid Reflux.

I’m 34 weeks pregnant,
so I’m suffering really bad from heartburn,
I only seem to get it at night times when
I’m trying to sleep or sometimes when I’m laying down relaxing,
I’ve tried gaviscon and sucking mints but no luck!
Is there anything else I can do to get rid of this heartburn?
