I NEVER have heartburns, and just recently ill have a quick pain in my chest about twice a night. I take a BC powder just about ever day because i have serious astigmatism in my eyes which causes daily unbearable migraines. Is there anything I can take that will actually work for my migraine so i wont have to take BC or Goody powders anymore? BC is the ONLY thing ive tried thatworks for me. And does it cause heartburn?

My period was 14 days late however I got my period on april 31. It was a normal period heavy in the beginning and light at the end. It ended 1-2 days earlier than usual. So i dont know if thats a bad thing It was not a spotting either. I had sex on the last day of my period( the one before i got my recent period) feb 24 ( started feb 18). So i had sex about two months ago?. we were extra cautious. The condom did not break, we filled it with water and to be extra safe he did not finish at all. I’m worried if precum has possibly got into me! Of course I took a pregnancy test when i was 3 days late it was negative and i took another when i was one week late( morning urine) and it was negative. So when i took the test i was about 5-6 weeks pregnant if i were pregnant.. If i were pregnant now i would be 9-10 weeks. I dont have any other symptoms however, i heard by the time you’re 10 weeks you get heartburns. I dont know if im over thinking it but i randomly feel small pains. Also i have a feeling of wanting to burp. Like theres air in my throat. I heard it’s a heartburn symptom too. Also I’m ovulating atm a lot of clear discharge, so i should be getting my period next week. I’m only 16 and I learned from my mistake. Help! Am i over thinking? ): Please no harsh comments :/ I heard you can still be pregnant if even when you recieved your period. I’m just hoping I’m okay :/

and heartburn and excessive salivation. i miscarried five years ago and later even when i went for fertility treatment nothing happened. i have a history of PCOS and ovarian fibroids. now this missed period please can anyone help me i am scared of going to the gynec in case if the pregnancy test is negative please help me

What lifestyle changes should I make, and what should I eat, etc??

Does acid reflux and heartburn go hand in hand? I know I might have one of them. Sometimes after I eat something I feel a pain in my chest but then sometimes I burp alot. Is burping something that has to do with acid reflux? I rarely get the burping up of acid juices…only somtimes…but I just wanted to know if they work together sometimes..?

My thirteen yearold daughter has had health problems all her life. It took untill she was 3 years old for doctors to figure out that only half of her spincter had grown ( sphincter is what connects stomach to esophogus). Because of this she had severe acid reflux. When she was 4 she had a fundoplication. That operation worked like a miracle. She finally started to eat and began to thrive.

Last year she had ongoing intestinal problems, and then finally being diagnosed with viral disease which later caused appendicitis. She is all better now thankfully.

About 4 months ago she had a checkup endoscopy with her surgeon and he said that her esophogus was inflamed, covered with mucus and was very scarred. She has been on omeoprole ever since. The only problem is that the omeoprol isnt helping. Everytime she eats something acidy ( salsa for example) she is doubled up with severe nausea. She shakes uncontrolablly and looks so sick. She tells me that when she wakes up in the morning her chest really hurts to breath. And whenever she eats she can feel food getting stuck in her esophogus. She honestly goes through about 8 glasses of water every dinner. She has a white tongue. After dinner she always feels presure in her upper abdomen and bloating. She has recently told me that she often gets pain in her upper right abdomen after eating sometimes.

I’ve booked her into her gstroenterologist but it is such a long wait as he is in alaska at the moment. Does anyone know what could be causing her symptoms? Her doctor has said it is possible she will need another fundoplication. Im really worried. Could this be more then reflux. Please give me some ideas!
Im sorry this was so long, but I just thought I should give the whole story and symptoms.

Is heartburn related to with heart or stomack? What are the causes of heartburn? Some tips how to live with it if we can’t cure it?

Breakfast: Egg And Cheese on a Croissant

Lunch: Mac & Cheese, Stuffing and 2 Chicken legs.

Snack: Chocolate Chip Cookie

anybody got a home remedy for some killer heartburn. acid reducers noy cutting it tonight ….help..

I’m 14, turning 15 soon and I get really really bad heartburn. Some of my heartburn inducing foods include: cucumber, tacos, garlic, anything spicy, anything with herbs, most meat.

Is this normal for my age? Should I see a doctor, and what can be done to help my heartburn?
I have to eat those foods – that’s what is for dinner … I’m not allowed to eat different foods to everyone else.
