I was on antibiotics for a chest infection and since Saturday afternoon have been suffering with severe heartburn which i think is a side effect from the antibiotics. I have a pain in my chest and its very painful to eat or drink. I have had gaviscon which has not helped. I can only get to the doctors Wednesday so if its not gone by then i will make an appointment, i am hoping it will settle on its own, i had my last antibiotics last night. Does anyone know anything that could help?
I remember starting to get it after eating a jaffa cake, is it possible to have it wedged or something and that is what is causing the pain?

I’m almost 10 weeks pregnant, and the past 2-3 days the dreaded heartburn/reflux has occurred.
What can I do to ease the pain/discomfort?
It tends to make me very very thirsty, so I drink milk, but just end up dehydrated from the heaviness of it. If I drink water it makes it worse!
What do I do?!

I was told by the doc that I’m having GERD cos I have sour taste in my mouth and I felt giddy and headache very nausea and bloated. I also have pain in my arms back and legs are all these pain causes by GERD or I have other problem?
