about Pariet (heartburn control medication)?

I am on pariet, I have been for quite some time now, I used to take 10 mg tablets twice daily, I just recently got 20 mg tablets and swallowed 2 of them thinking it was 10 mg tablets, would this be a problem?
oh pariet works fine, I was just wondering is it ok to take twice the amount of the dose like I did accidentally?

If something like this ever happens again, call your pharmacist. If it’s late and your pharmacy is closed, call another one in the chain that’s open late, or even another pharmacy will sometimes help. Make sure you ask for the pharmacist, some of the assistants will try to act like they know what they’re talking about. But the pharmacist will be careful what they tell you, and if he doesn’t know he will say so.
