anxiety heart attack gerd?

hi i have heart attack symptoms could it be gerd anxiety or anything 7 docs say my heart is fine

if you dont have anxiety symptoms it could be you gut. symptoms are simular to heart attack you should see a gi dr. get yourself worked up. there are meds that can help you. As a ICU nurse i see this alot in my work. The gi end of it is least you have to worry about the cardiac is the part to worry about., but if it wasn’t your heart before doen’t mean it won’t be again. good luck.
