I’ve had it for almost an hour now, it usually doesn’t last this long for me.

you can take tums or other antacids to ease the pain. milk can help too. if you want to help avoid heartburn in the future stay away from greasy or acidic foods like red pasta sauce, citrus, carbonated beverages, and burgers.
I had bad heartburn throughout pregnancy also. Don’t lie down after eating, avoid soda, orange juice, tomatos and other acidic foods, no really fatty foods either. Eat a plain cracker (like saltines) after a meal.
Try Tums. It is safe and effective. It is made entirely of calcium carbonate. For right now though Try slowly drinking a glass of milk.
your allowed to take tums, I hope you feel better, I know the pain stinks but in the end we get better prizes!
my doctor prescribed me Zantac, which you can get at the store. it works great all day or all night. ask your doc about it….it really helps
It wont taste great but a small shot glass full of apple cider vinegar. Its quick! Seriously.
I try not to take Tums becasue it an interfere with your iron absorbtion. This works!
