I am taking Gaviscon Cool tablets, all gaviscon products are safe to take during pregnancy. But what also works is to eat your main meal at lunch, giving you time to digest before bed, with me night time is the worst time. Eat small light easy digestible meals and at night if your suffering prop yourself up on lots of pillows so your almost sleeping in a sitting up position. Hope i helped i feel your pain hun! I carry round the biggest bottle you've ever seen and just swig from it! It really wont do your baby any harm as its basically liquid chalk. You can also try eating chalk which is supposed to work wonders too but must taste totally minging.
