it feels like it can, but it would have to be a freak long shot to actually effect your heart directly.
I don’t think so. After all, the acid reflux goes up your throat. I think the worst that could happen is inhaling some of the acid into your lungs if anything. Just saying cuz it’s the closest thing to your throat and stomach.
