Can anyone suggest anything for reoccuring intergestion, no heartburn, just discomfort, nausea?
I have been getting intergestion frequently lately. No heartburn,
nausea and discomfort. I seem to release the wind okay when I
have an episode of it. I wonder if the tap water could be the reason as I do drink straight from the tap. It has only started though in the last week or two. I remember suffering like this years ago for awhile. Doctors put it down to nervous dispepsia, as they could not find any meddical reason for it.

I have a lot of random stomach issues too that haven’t been diagnosed as anything. I usually get nausea in the mornings before I get out of bed. (No I’m not pregnant or anything of the like! lol)
I buy this over-the-counter nausea syrup called Emetrol. (The box is white and has a rainbow on it.) Whenever I experience nausea, I take a few sips of the syrup and eat a few crackers or pretzels. Within 10 minutes or so, my stomach is usually fine.
I don’t think the syrup is too expensive. And the taste isn’t horrible. It’s not anything you’d crave, I mean, it IS medicine, but it’s tolerable.
Oh, and the nausea tends to happen most often in the fall. Maybe yours is also influenced by seasons or weather.
