		<description>yes it can. in fact this happens to me too. my GI doc. told me that cuz your stomach has a PH balance, it gets thrown off when you do not eat on a regular basis and then once your stomach has begun to rumble either the alkaline or acid are higher and lower or vice versa and then you add foods which are one or the other or both and this creates gas which creates pain, bloating, and so forth - heartburn.</description>
