Can GERD cause bad chest pains?? Please help?

im a 28 female, and i keep going to the er and my doc office because i keep getting bad chest pains and shortness of breath..the doctors have checked me for heart problems including heart attack and insist that it has nothing to do with my heart and they all keep saying i have GERD. Can this really cause these symptoms?? Please help if u can and thanks in advance. If u have a question i might be able to answer just let me know. 
I also get pains in my arms and im getting sooo depressed and upset because i keep going to the docs and they are rude to me at the er cause i have been there so much

I have had GERD for a while, and repeated acid reflux can indeed give chest pains, and other uncomfortable symptoms. The shortness of breath could easily be understandable from anxiety because hey, you think you’re having a heart attack!.
I have no idea about the arm pains, but if your heart checks out maybe it is unrelated.
You should get proper meds if it is GERD, because there can be really serious long term complications if it goes untreated.
