No…they are totally different systems in your body.
If you are having all symptoms they are different entities.
Orthostatic Hypotension has to do with your blood pressure & circulation, while GERD & ulcers have to do with problems in your digestive tract.
Less likely.
Are u on some medication? That cud lead to hypotension..
refer to ur doc.
