Dog = non-human = does not take human medicine without a vet’s okay.
Not unless your vet told you how much and that it was ok.
This is a question for your vet.
Don’t medicate your with anything unless you have the okay from your vet. Take the dog in for a checkup.
the best thing to give your pet for vomiting/Emesis is childrens benedryl or tylenol 5 mg per lb. and check the food. if your feeding alpo STOP.
Check with your vet. When my dog (who passed away) was in kidney failure which caused severe stomach ulcers, I was told I could give her Pepcid. The dose was determined by her internal medicine vet. So you should check with a vet for the correct medication and dose based on the dog’s weight. Please don’t give any human medications without a vet’s approval. It could be toxic to the dog. Trust me, you do not want to deal with kidney or liver failure–it is not pretty.
