Can oranges cause heartburn?

My lunch consisted of an apple, an orange, yogurt, and some piece of cheddar cheese. Now I have heartburn, and I can’t figure out why.

Acidic foods like citrics and tomatoes can cause heartburn, also chocolate, fried, fatty foods, aspirin and caffeine.
yeah probably, because it’s acidic, I think. So are apples. Try pecid ac for heartburn. =]
Yes, the acidity within the orange and apple react with the enzymes in yogurt to create acid reflux.
Oranges do have acids in them and can cause heartburn. I have had heartburn from this before!
yes…………..oranges contain citric acid which can cause heartburn.
