		<description>Possibly, but if you put a couple of books (or something similar) under your headboard to raise your head up a little, it will help the acid reflux. That is what my doctors told me anyway!</description>

		<description>I have actually found that regular running prevents heartburn/reflux.

That said, if I run on a stomach around half full or more, I have experienced some minor reflux, but usually deep breaths from the diaphragm put an end to that.</description>
