ive got this hot burning feeling at the back of my throat and going down my neck at its really annoying and it feels asif ive been sick, i only have cold water avaliable at the moment will it work?

2. what causes indigestion and what are some symptoms?
3. Are there medicines that can combat or prevent indigestion, if so, names please.
4. Are indigestion and lactose intolerance considered diseases, disorders, conditions, or something else?
5. What happens to a person if they are lactose intolerate and consume lactose?
6. Are there any treatments to prevent or get rid of lactose intolerance?
7. How do you become lactose intolerate?

I recently had a bout of gastritus and had to take medication for a couple of weeks Lanzaprazole that appeared to clear the problem.

However I have noticed now that whenever I drink alcohol which is occassionally or pop, or if I eat anything spicy I get really bad heartburn for about two days!

I am also taking zantac for this but I wonder if this anything to do with the gastritus or could it be another issue?

I first got H. Pylori stomach infection around 2 years ago and had to take all those antibiotics to cure it. I than got bad gastritis and heartburn and take medicine for that. Now I just got Campylobacter bacteria growing in my stomach. I am wondering if there is a medical reason I am getting these stomach bacterias! Any help would be great, thanks.

Ok so just recently on Monday I had my first trip to the gynecologist and this is my first time meeting this doctor, so there’s no patient/doctor relationship between us. He tells me that it looks like I have bacterial vaginosis and I’m thinking is this why I’ve had so many other problems like UTI & a pelvic infection? I’m just now learning what that is exactly and I’m asking myself how long have I had this because I remember back in 9th grade or so, I’ve noticed an odor & discharge from my vaginal area. It really bothered me, the odor made me feel uncomfortable and I tried talking to my mom about it but she didn’t seem too concerned about it and I couldn’t go to a gynecologists. No matter how much I clean, the odor is there & discharge (sometimes discharge is a lot).

The doctor prescribed some antibiotics called Flagyl (the most horrible thing ever) and they’re not fitting well with my body at all. I have other issues going on like tingling in hands or leg sometimes, feeling like I might pass out or whatever, terrible anxiety and stress and I HATE the thought of taking anymore antibiotics because they all give me terrible heartburn. Even though the doctor said it shouldn’t bother my heartburn but it set me way back with my heartburn. Which I’m taking prevacid as well & those side effects are already enough, I’m not one who likes foreign things (pills) to be in my body all the time. THERE HAS TO BE another way to treat bacterial vaginosis & the health of your vagina??

i.e. like some kind of prescribed creams, over the counter creams, feminine soaps, natural treatments, just anything

I get extremely painful heartburn and am on medication from the doctors.when i asked about what food i should avoid i was just told to avoid acidic food.
does anyone have any other advice about what foods that should be avoided and foods that are ok to eat when your heartburn is a its worst. also what are good remedies to relieve severe heartburn when the traditional stuff don’t work i.e gaviscon.

does any one know if i should avoid pizza or pasta. i have heard that somewhere???

I have terrible heartburn and have suffered all the way through my pregnancy with it, tonight i have really bad heartburn and have run out of my prescription from my doctor, is there anything other than milk i can have what will cure my heartburn, im sooo tired but cant sleep because its so bad, any suggestions. all the shops in the area are shut so i cant run out and get anything

It’s been 3 months now and my mom still suffer from these symptoms, and the stupid doctor still does NOT know what causing it. She gave her cough medicine and it didn’t work, then she gave her some kind of inhaler and still not working. I took her to another doctor and she turned out more idiot than the other one. She gave her an prevacid which like a heart burn medicine. Even though she doesn’t suffer from heartburn she still took and it didn’t work.

Have you or any one you know suffered from these symptoms and what was it and the treatment.
