It started off fairly mild but then got worse and was to the point that I was doubled over on the floor and dripping in sweat by the time the rescue came. Everyone is very different tho. See a doctor. They can do a physical exam, blood work and even an ultrasound if they think it is necessary which will show them the inside of your gallbladder.
