Do I sound like I have GERD or something else?
Sorry, I know this isn’t the place to find a diagnosis, Im just asking for opinions.
Anyway for some reason I always get this burning and painful feeling in the Esophagus.
At the minute I have Laryngitis, I lost my voice on Tuesday and have a sore throat. (I believe it’s from all the coughing when I had cold/flu virus type thing).
Also I’ve been coughing up brown and green phlegm everyday since June.
I’m 21 and female. Thanks.

You need to see a doctor about the phlegm – that’s not normal – and while you’re there, ask about the GERD,
Sounds like you probably have bronchitis; if you haven’t already been, it’s time to get to your doctor. It’s not terribly unusual for a viral infection to lead to a bacterial infection when it comes to the respiratory system.
As for GERD – that’s completely separate from whatever infection you have; if you think that’s occurring, taking a daily dose of Prevacid or Prilosec can often take care of it nicely.
You should get it checked out brow and green phlegm is not normal.
