I looking for natural remedies to control o reduce a frequent heartburn mor than pils.If you know some god recepie pleas let me know. Thank’s.

The best control is prevention. You need to find your heartburn trigger and steer clear of it. Personally I cant do anything high in acidity or very spicy as well as milk (though I do indulge in moderation). Never lay back after eating or sit back in a comfortable reclined position. Drink an 8oz glass of water 10 minutes prior to eating so your stomach is fuller which can help prevent you from overeating (which is a regular cause of heartburn) and always wait 10-15 minutes after eating to go for seconds.It takes approximately 10 minutes for your body to realize it is full which gives you ample time to stuff yourself past brimming which can cause heartburn.
A drink of baking soda water (which tastes like a combination wet dog and dirty feet
) can help rid you of your heartburn when it hits.
If your heartburn isn’t caused by over eating try slowly eating a piece of bread, toast, or saltine crackers (my grandma always gave me crackers which would help when I was younger)
Sucking on a peppermint (which is why restaurants used to give them at the end of your meal with your check) Peppermint soothes your stomach. I’m sure you could do a drink of peppermint oil and sip it slowly.
Also, thenoseknows is correct. Antacids are horrible for you and neutralize your natural stomach acid you need to digest food which causes your stomach much more problems than it cures.
Go to the health food store and get BioK probiotic drink with 50 billion live cells and take it every day for 2 weeks. Get some multi digestive enzymes. Drink diluted sauerkraut juice (not the one with wine, preserved with just salt and water). Drink water with fresh lemon in it. All of this will restore your good gut bacteria and stomach acid. Heartburn happens from not enough stomach acid — not too much as most people have been told by ads for antacids. Antacids are the WORST thing you can take, because they neutralize the stomach acid and make your problem just come back worse than ever.
Don’t eat anything with sugar in it for 2 weeks. Sugar neutralizes stomach acid too. If you drink soft drinks, stop. Don’t even drink diet pop.
You probably got this way from taking antibiotics at some point.
Baking soda/bicarbonate of soda.
A teaspoon washed down with water. It works.
Probiotics are good, don’t eat spicy food, don’t eat late at night, no pop, stay a healthy weight, drink distilled water through the day. Also, eat one or two Activia yogurts a day. Works for me.
Apples cool the burn of stomach acid. Eat them fresh, with the skin still on. Cinnamon this is a traditional remedy for acid relief. Brew a cup of cinnamon tea from a cinnamon stick.
Chewing 6 or 8 blanched almonds during an episode of heartburn may relieve the symptoms
Don’t stress out, stress can prompt increased acid secretion and cause the esophageal sphincter to malfunction.
Marijuana, it helps with a heartburn, hang over, and headache and much much more.
