I use medical cannibus to treat frequent insomnia and back pain. Can this natural remedey be a cause of my frequent heartburn?

can u tell me if it works i might try getting a medical i.d for it
I have been smoking it almost everyday since 1972 and have never had any heartburn side effects from it. I would look at changing something in you’re diet that you like.
