Good/bad foods for heartburn?

Im only 23 and have always had minor stomach problems, but for past month been sufering from extremely bad heartburn. Not in the mornings tho usually. Id like to know some possible foods that could be aggrevating it.

Chilli dogs are suprisingly very good for people with heartburn and other heart conditions.
Bad foods for heartburn: O.J.; spicy, fatty foods; tomato sauce;
soda; caffeine; processed meats; asparagus or other "gassy" vegetables; fructose. Don’t eat right before bed.
Sometimes heartburn can be caused by lactose or fructose intolerance.
Good:complex carbohydrates; fiber;lean protein; Greens; berries; fish; poultry; etc
