Start drinking water early morning on empty stomach for a few months. stop alcohol and aerated drinks and citrus fruits and drinks and red meats. your problem will vanish within a few days. take pantoprazole 1/2 an hour before breakfast.
Try Bee Pollen and not the stuff crushed into a pill but the actual bee pollen put into capsules our you can spoon it out for your self. Also reduce the stress in your life.
the best thing I have tried is…when i feel like acid formation or when its in my throat I CUT TWO PIECES OF ONION AND EAT IT….it will reduce the acid reflux immediatley

Drink lots of milk
Milk does it for me.
Acid reflux is caused by the lack of acid. Try 2 tbs of vinegar. Sounds crazy but it works.
