Heartburn-like Symptoms 4 days before missed period?

I read this isn’t possible until later on during pregnancy, but for the last 2 days, I have had weird pain/nausea feeling high up in my stomach…I have never had this feeling before. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on? I have also been more tired than normal (which could be attributed to many other things!), and my breasts seem huge (but again, could be my mind playing tricks on me)…thanks for any and all suggestions!

I was only 4 weeks along when i had a miscarriage, and i had already started having heartburn. I did the same thing with my daughter as well. I thought i was having a heart attack through out my whole pregnancy. If you have any feeling that you are take a test. There are some that can tell up to 5 days before your missed period, but they are not always right. Good Luck

Its not impossible to me lol.. I was having heartburn really bad and guess what I am pregnant… going to Dr today to confirm but after 8 test I think so lol.. I been tired and my boobs are killing me. If you think you are late take a test.
