How can i get rid of this heartburn?

I have killer heartburn 
My dad has acid reflux and its possible i may have it too.
I don’t have any heartburn tablets or liquid with me, and i don’t have any cash.
I also don’t have anything ginger in >.<
Help, it kills.

a tablespoon of baking soda in a 1/2 c water
Drink some milk .. Eat some bread…
Bite bits of bread followed by sips of water. Keep it up till your full. I would avoid milk since it has a tendency to upset stomach’s.
