There are simpler methods to shed weight apart from dieting and working out. You can use a supplement which flushes out your insides, you can shed up to 20 lbs this way – and the weight reduces in the correct places too! There is a risk free trial at http://jawock.mydreamdiet.info
Don’t eat too fast. The acid in your stomach splashes over the lining of the top of your stomach when you eat too fast, causing irritation- Heartburn/Acid Reflux. So try not to gobble down your food to quick- if you drop a stone in the water with speed it splashes, yeah, well imagine that in your stomach! The acid sometimes reaches your throat and burns. If you are still worried call the doctor or take some Gaviscon
There are several herbal tea’s available for good digestion and to help rid gas from your stomach, but acid reflux is another problem. If it’s acid reflux the problem that the stomach acid is getting into the esophagus. That’s why it burns where it does. There are all types of OTC medication like Prilosec available to take. What’s the problem with taking a capsule before you eat in the morning? Would you take a prescription if it helped you? Then what about a capsule filled with natural herbs? Would you know the difference if you didn’t see the box it came in? Unless for some reason like it’s against your religion the decision is up to you. Do you want to see if it’s really acid reflux or some other problem you might need to see a doctor about? The only way is to take something you know can work if you have it then. Good luck and God Bless
Do you feel like a fireball is in your chest sometimes? Do you wake up in the morning with the most horrible taste in your mouth even though you brushed your teeth the night before? Do you feel fine after eating or drinking any of these foods: Orange juice, chocolate, tomatoes or ground beef? I have acid reflux and these are the foods I avoid because I have been diagnosed with acid reflux disease or GERD (gastroesophageal disease).
You can take an over the counter acid reducer. I know it’s hard changing up your diet, but that is the most natural way to help it. Also, try not to eat right before you go to bed. Plan your meals 2-3 hours ahead to reduce acid reflux during sleep.
You really should get diagnosed to be certain and the doctor will give you a test. You will have to do a barium swallow and they will take x-rays of your chest if I remember correctly. Don’t assume you have it. If you think you do go ahead and get checked.
In Chinese medicine, acid reflux is seen as “rebellious Qi”; typically there is an underlying “Liver Qi Stagnation”. The stomach needs acid to digest food, so acid suppressing medicines create food stagnation leading to more serious conditions. Chinese medicine actually treats the cause of the imbalance and can correct acid reflux without causing more imbalances. Here is an article that explains further:
