How many of you had a hairy baby? Did you have heartburn during pregnancy?

I read that when you have heartburn during pregnancy it means you are more likely to have a hairy baby. With my first I did not have heart burn and he barely had any hair, with this one I have horrible heartburn and he is hairy 
Does this work for you? What do you think?

yes with my first child i had a little heartburn & he had some hair & with my second child i had worse heartburn & he had lots more hair
yes its true. i had horrible heart burn sometimes i couldnt sleep because they would really bad. And when my baby was born she was very hairy.
I heard that too. Whenever I was pregnant I had ALOT of heartburn. I heard (not by doctors of cource) that my baby could have alot of hair. & she came out with barely any hair. this is her when she was about 1.5 months http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j228/genyramirez/giggling.jpg
IMO i don’t think that is alot.
It’s a wife’s tale that often does come true. I didn’t get heartburn until well into the third trimester, and even then it wasn’t too bad. My daughter was born with a full head of hair…

Its a myth. I had little to no heartburn for most of my pregnancy and my son had a nearly full head of hair. My colleague had really bad heartburn; her daughter came out with no hair.
i had horrible heartburn with my son but he was born with almost no hair at all
oh my yes, bad heartburn, full head of 2 inch long hair….
I read an article that said the hormone that causes infant hair growth also loosens the valve at the top of your stomach causing acid reflux. Might explain it.
I had heartburn 24/7 during my pregnancy I would say that was one of the things i complained about most. My daughter was born with a full head of hair, hair on her butt, and hair on her ears. So i belive it !
When I was pregnant with my daughter, I would have to sleep sitting up sometimes. She came out with a full head of hair & it was dark too. I had horrible heartburn, but I always had stomach problems that way so I didn’t think it really had anything to do with a baby having a lot of hair on their head.

I had really bad heartburn with my twins, my husband at the time Grandmother told me that they would have lots of hair…I blew it off as an old wives tale. Well, she hit the nail on the head, both came out with two full heads of red hair! One of them lost all of his hair at a month old, then, it came back blonde! Now, I pregnant again, third trimester, same as last time, really really bad heart burn…may she will have lots of hair?
