I get severe acid reflux/heartburn after eating tuna or salmon….what could cause this?

I didnt used to do this, it just started about a year ago…I am 34

It’s possible to develop a food allergy over time, even though are bodies biggest change is puberty, our bodies hormones and chemicals change every 5-7 years. Also, fyi, Nickle and lead are in tuna, and salmon, as well as many other fish including shrimp, this is probably causing it! Go to a dietician to help you find foods that fit your stomach’s needs
