I have gerd and have been told to get a simple operation?
I have been told by a doctor by continuing taking Nexium it is a road to cancer. He has suggested an operation that corrects the problem with a short term recovery. He has claimed he has done several including people over 80 sucessfully. Has anyone had or heard of this type surgery and the sucess rate?
We have done some research and was told these prescription pills can lead to cancer. One Doctor has told us the drug companies will admit this.
We are looking for comments and suggestions and it seems to be common knowledge that cancer could be very likely if a correction of the problem is not taken care of with an operation

Wait!
Before you have the operation, try apple cider vinegar!
You wouldn’t believe how well this stuff works & it’s inexpensive!
I use UN-DISTILLED apple cider vinegar for several things & it has made a big difference in my life.
Check out some of the things it will help online at http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/acvinegar2.html
There are a lot of sites online about it that you can find by using any search engine.
You’ll find more about this on another thread here at http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20061217013109AAIar3N
