I am having a real hard time trying to figure out what I can eat safely without arousing my acid reflux. Anyone else have this disease, and if so what do you eat?

I used to have it. Yes. It happens to be from milk, tomatoes and salt. I definitely would not eat anything salty. Organic ketchup would probably bother you more than regular too. Can you take something like Tums or Pepcid Complete? Many people that get this get to where they just can’t have cow milk anymore or even an english muffin (because of the gluten, yet: lactose of milk). Were you actually diagnosed with it or just make it up? Water could be all you need, perhaps with foods that say the percentage of potassium in it is higher than the salt, and if that doesn’t work alright, take some magnesium citrate.
