Is there a way to diet when you have stomach problems?

How can I lose weight if I suffer from heartburn and stomach ulcers? Is there a diet I can use? Please help!

If you already suffer from heartburn and stomach ulcers,
I suggest you only diet if it’s neccessary. (Like, if your’re extremely overweight).
One way to start is to eat only healthy food, limiting all the fat and greasy foods such as fries and donuts. Eating less and less doesn’t help as it causes you to starve and it’s un-healthy for your body.
Start by eating healthy food everyday and make a balanced meal chart so you know how many calories your’re taking in.
Burn those calories by excercising! I suggest you take yoga class or something, because that helps relive your body’s senses and it’s a great excercise. Have fun and be careful!
you can, but you’ll have to cut back very slowly, so it’ll take longer to lose weight. also, you might want to ask your doctor about any medication that can help.
consult your physician, he will give you the best answer, but try eating foods that you can eat without gettin heartburn, and drink a lot of water
Talk to your doctor about the best way for you according to your stomach problems. I’m sure there is a specialized plan for you. Your doctor may also refer you to a nutritionist or a dietition for help with a diet plan that suites your needs. Good Luck!

eat much salad, drink a lot of water and go to the gym
but don’t ever take any medicine to lose wight
