If GERD causes chest pain and rapid palpitation at night cos this i had and my doctor recomended i take Proton Pump inhibitor capsules for 5 days it disappeared. Dont lay down after eating sit for one hr or more and try to keep the head in double pillow wen u sleep.Antacids didnt work well with me only proton pump inhibitor worked ask ur doctor.
