I was recently diagnosed with a deviated septum, having sufferred from globus sensation in the throat for years I was on nexium for GERD for ever, I have since stopped this treatment and now am prepping for surgery to repair my septum. Is it likely that the deviated septum was the cause of my globus all along, especially when you consider all the throat problems that a deviated septum can be responsible for. Any insights would be helpful
