I have to jump on the "milk bandwagon", it’s been a lifesaver my entire pregnancy (so far). The heartburn started early for me too and it’s only gotten worse! I’m 27 wks now, due early-July.
Drink Milk. It works for me.
It sounds gross but baking soda (1 or 2 teaspoons ) in an 8oz glass of water helped me most of the time.
Always check with your Dr. before doing anything but for me it was OK
drink milk if u can, my doc also suggested eating ice cream, as they neutralise the acid in your tummy which is causing the heart burn .
Mint chocolate chip ice cream. It kills heartburn dead.
Something about the combination of cold, minty, and creamy… it does the trick every time. Not too much of it, though. Eat about 1/2 cup, then another 1/2 cup in an hour, you’ll be doing fine. Try it!
My doctor said Tums and pepsid AC. Check with your doctor.
i drink milk, it works
milk does work but the best thing for me was Tums, Plus it is healthy for you and the baby because of all the Calcium.
tums,i used to keep a bottle of tums at my night table.cause heartburn was worst than everything else in my pregnancy.
