Acid reflux and GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) are two possible diagnoses that come to mind for regular heartburns. . Stress or some Anxiety disorder is another major factor in these symptoms. If the person is on Nexium; an acid reducer.; one of the side effects of this drug is epistaxis or nose bleeds.
Heartburn is acid reflux, and can cause serious damage to the area just above the stomach, leading to cancer. See a doctor, and get a prescription to control acid.. High blood pressure can be a cause of nose bleeds. Stress raises blood pressure.
