Yesterday I woke up with really bad heartburn, it eventually went away. Now again, I’m sitting here with a even worse feeling in my chest. What are some foods I can take to ease the pain? I took a pill, milk and a bit of coke…which most likely made it worse…do anything?

take a spoon full of natron salt add it to a glass of water and drink the taste is extremely unpleasent but it will nutralise your amino acids.
Cut out all sugar that you can especially white
#if you drink coffee try to cut down or cut its strength. drink milk in plenty. Until you can get hold of natron salt.Another remedy is baking soda pr bicarbinate of soda both are handled the same as natron salt
This is what l do. Get two glasses put about one water swallow amount in them. Get about 1/4 or less level tea spoon of baking soda and mix in one of the glasses. Now for the tricky part; put the mixed water in your mouth but do not swallow it. Now put the plain water to your lips then swallow all of it. Why do l do that because l do not like the taste of baking soda and the clear water washes away the taste. does it work yes every time for me and for the people l shared that with.
The coke is likely to have made it better. A whole glass of real coca cola, not diet works really well.
1.stop eating for a week. only drink distilled water from glass cups.
2.after the food-free week, eat only vegetarian soup for three days. again, only drink distilled water.
3.after that, try adding fruits and vegetables to ur diet of vegetarian soup with bread.
4.and that’s it – stay off of spices, meat, and dairy. also, only drink distilled water for the rest of ur life.
