Tums are perfectly safe and have calcium too. I am living on Tums right now! For nausea I had to finally call my doc and get a prescription for phenagren but that’s because I started vomiting all the time. Gum and hard candy really helps with my nausea when I’m at work. Good Luck~
saltines ..
dum dums (or other kind of sucker)..
ginger ale …
Milk of Mylanta if you can keep that crap down…
I have never heard of Tums as unsafe to take. I took them with my first and second and they are just fine.
For nausea…saltines, ice chips, ritz crackers ( they worked for me for a while ). I would recommend slowly but surely drinking water to stay hydrated.
