what causes a pressure – not burning between my breasts. like in my esophogus. I take zantac daily for GERD?

It doesnt really burn like heartburn but is extremely painful. Like someone sitting on my chest.

ask your doctor about erosive esophagitis, this is a concern if you have GERD
