What is the cause why everybody is having a heartburn?

It has always been a question to me since i got my own understanding of things that happen everyday. Now that i am already an adult, i still don’t have any knowledge about it. For babies hearburn happens often times. Can you provide accurate answer to this particulr question? Though it is common, still i want to be clarified about this.

Heartburn is caused due to faulty eating habits and not eating on time. Eating junk food, refined wheat flour and drinking alcohol beverages, aerated cold drinks and other hot and spicy foods also aggravate more acid formation in the stomach to cause heartburn. The body produces two litre of Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) every day to digest the food we eat and when due to lack of food in the stomach, this acid increases and causes heartburn.
In order to get rid of heartburn, it is advisable to eat simple vegetarian food, salad and fruit juices on time. Drink sufficient water to dilute the acid formation to avoid heartburn. Drinking tea and coffee also causes heartburn and these beverages also be avoided.
Inspite of being hungry sometimes it so happens we somehow don’t eat this is known to have caused Heartburns,.Also very spicy food and irregular food habits also has been seen to have caused heartburns.Drinking more water is the most adviceable solution to this
obesity and poor diet often contribute to heartburn. americans tend to consume large amounts of spicey, high fat, high cholesteral foods that cause us great discomfort. poor diet often leads to obesity and that leads to more heartburn. i don’t know if babies actually get heartburn though. i do believe that they do experience gas. heart burn can lead to cancer if it is not controlled. people need to start eating more real, plant based, lower fat foods and start moving. obesity causes a lot of health risks.
