What specific actions cause heartburn?

So I can avoid them in future. I get it a lot, for the past three years. And I’m only fourteen

Age has little to do with it. You should actually see a doctor about this. The heartburn is a symptom, not a problem. You could have reflux, or an ulcer or a number of other things. It is much better to find out what is causing it rather than popping tums to mask the symptoms.pp
