Foods that are high in fat and carbs (which is glucose, so also meaning sugar). I found that some milk products (probably because of the fat content) gave me heartburn as well. So I had to switch to low fat milk, cheese, etc.
It means: Take Zantac. I took it when I was pregant, and you can eat anything in the world without getting heartburn! See if you can get your doctor to prescribe it to you, so your insurance can cover it. (I think it’s a bit overpriced otherwise.)
